The Maubuisson Abbey

Hi,

This weekend we visited The Maubuisson Abbey. It was a French monastery at Saint-Ouen-l'Aumône in the northwestern of Paris. Many people go there to play on the garden, take pictures, take a walk, enjoy the nature and of course visit the abbey. They use to have many exhibitions, and this weekend was the last day of « Les Frères Chapuisat » . It was a kind of tunnel made by wood that you could enter. Unfortunately, we were late, and we couldn't enjoy it and take pictures inside the tunnel.

In the rain

Hello folks,

I have visited the garden of Château de Champs-sur-Marne with my family before his official opening. It was a rainy day. I would say it was little funny to make these photos. My umbrella was broken and I tried to equilibrate it to protect my gear, but it has not worked out. I had to clean my lens every 5 minutes with my shirt (yeaah, yeah, I know,  DON'T USE THE SHIRT TO CLEAN THE LENS!!). Anyway here they are:

Château Champs-sur-Marne

Hi, folks.

Last weekend we visited the Château de Champs-sur-Marne. It was Built in the early 18th century near the river Marne. After six years of restoration work, the château is now open again to the public. During the visit, we saw people dressed in period clothing walking around, dancing and acting everywhere in the garden.
